How to Register

Please create a new user account and continue the on-line procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the Registration Form, participants receive an automatically generated summary to their e-mail address.

If you have co-authored and submitted any conference paper through our paper submission portal, please use the same username and password entered at paper submission.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link at the log-in page. A new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please check also the spam folder).

Otherwise you should create a new user account and follow the provided instructions.

* Conference dinner is limited to 220 participants on first come first serve basis.

The In-person registration fee includes:

• Participation in all lectures and posters in Bled and access to On-line platform
• Conference bag including programme
• Electronic book of abstracts
• Admission to Welcome Reception and *Conference Dinner
• Food and beverages during lunch and coffee breaks
• Recorded lectures available for repeated viewing
• Visit to the virtual and physical exhibition

The virtual registration fee includes:

• Participation in all lectures and posters via On-line platform
• Electronic book of abstracts
• Recorded lecture available for repeated viewing
• Visit to the virtual exhibitors

The Accompanying persons fee includes:

• Admission to Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner

Important

• Payments should clearly state the participant's and/or accompanying person's name(s)
• All payments should have the notification "IBA2022 - First name and last name of the participant"
• For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names
• Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration form
• VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

Confirmation of registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than September 1, 2022 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 80 EUR. Refunds will be paid after the conference. Cancellation or changes in fee type (on-site, remote) received from September 2, 2022 will not be refunded.

Changes in registration

Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 10 EUR will be charged.

Conference identification badge

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions & Poster Session without the conference badge.

Language

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.

Limited attendance

Attendance in Bled is limited so early registration is suggested.
