Presentation Formats

The program includes plenary lectures, keynote lectures and invited talks, who are invited by the IBA Advisory Committee. Only poster presentations are generally solicited from general participants through the online abstract submission system.

Abstract Submission Deadline

• The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15 July 2022 (EXTENDED).
• Notification of acceptance of abstracts will be sent electronically to the new corresponding author  by 25 July 2022.
• The organisers will publish only the abstracts submitted by authors, who will settle their registration fee by 22 August 2022

Method of Submission

• All abstracts (Oral and Poster) must be submitted only via the online form that is accessible after creation of the new user account with your e-mail address and password.
• Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you will not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and in case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: This email address is being protected from spambots. • Authors will have access to their abstracts until the deadline and will have possibility to edit abstracts with draft status.
• All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.
• Authors are limited to submit only 1 abstract.

Abstract Submission Instructions

• Abstracts can be submitted on topics listed above.
• Abstracts have to be written in English.
• Submitted abstracts must be original. Abstracts previously published or presented at an international scientific meeting cannot be submitted.
• Fill in the submitting author's name and e-mail address properly - these contact details will serve for further correspondence with the author(s).

Abstract Layout

• The length of your abstract text must be 750 words or less. DO NOT include the abstract title and author name(s) in your abstract text.
• Title: Make the title of the abstract brief, clearly indicating the nature of the investigation. Use a capital letter for the first letter in the title only (DO NOT capitalize each word).
• Names of the authors: Submit the full given name(s) and the family name. Do not include degrees or professional titles.
• The structure of abstracts is free, but otherwise they should fulfil all abstract instructions.
• No references could be included.
